Fogwind Watch is a small tower filled with Wild Mages to the northeast of Frostcliff Tavern. The tower is overlooking the Dark Valley. It seems like these mages were making explosives because this is one of very few places with the item black powder sitting around. There are actually 2 towers. The main tower that you see has some beds and a chest on the main floor, as well as on its top. There is a southern tower that you actually start on top of as well. Going down here, you find a bed as well as an alchemy table and an enchantment table.
