It is situated on a large peninsula, and the land seems to follow a rapid incline the closer to the sea it gets. It is also historically distinct, once being home to an occupied Castle Goldenford, from which the area gains its name.<br /> <br /> == History ==<br /> <br /> In the past, it seems as if Castle Goldford had been a powerful place where a noblewoman lived - However, the castle&#039;s inhabitants became plagued by a mentally wasting disease (possibly an outbreak of the &quot;Red Madness&quot;), and had to evacuate after supplies had stopped being delivered.
