The attic mostly is just full of hay stacks and a couple of chests. There's a ladder and a hatch leading to the roof, protected by an Adept lock.

Going up the stairs to the very top of the roof, you'll see a small bird's nest labeled "Nest of a thieving magpie". Interacting with the nest will give you Endralean Penny Coin(s).
