'''Throatstone Woodworks''' is a min in the western side of the Dark Valley. The mine is currently infested with dangerous Vatyr and the player can clear them out and explore the mine to find some good loot.<br />
==Description==<br />
Entering the Mine from the Top Entrance, the player will enter into a lit mine room. Going down the hallway will reveal a large, circular cave. The path leads left, but if the player goes right they will find a hidden chest. Kill the Vatyr in this cave, loot the chest at the bottom, and head through the lower hallway. This hallway is the living area of the mine and the books Account of an Unknown Traveler, Volume 2 and 3 are here. Going right here leads to an overlook to a cavern with the '''Vatyr Leader.''' Going straight leads to a small mine room with a few Vatyr in it. There is a missable path to a small alcove with the Cave Troll. Next to the cave troll is the '''(Set of the North) Eyes of the North.''' The lower path takes you to a narrow, winding hallway to the boss room. If you took this path then you can get a flank on the '''Vatyr Leader''' and his friends. The items Silver Steel War Axe of Fire Wrath, Pyrean Boots of the Rogue, Wild Mage Hood of Magic, and '''Butcher of Arc, Volume V: Qalian''' are here. The following passages lead to a few more Vatyr and the exit.<br />
