Description
She should be walking around the Observatory (the place where you met Merzul during A Glance to the Stars). If she's not there, maybe wait a few hours and she should finally appear. Vanmiria also has a habit of "hiding" in the bushes.
Location
The archmage of the Sanctum and the member of the Order founded by Merzul. She spends her days walking around the observatory on Sanctum. She sells a few spells, including teleport spells to Tirin Abbey, Giliad and The Sanctum. She died during the Main Quest Encounter.
