Description
Observatory is one of the main places within the premises of Arcane Sanctum. It is located outside, and it is most probably the first place you will enter during the main quest On to the Sanctum. It is the meeting place with a few vital people, such as Archmage Vanmiria and Merzul who - encountered outside during the quest A Glance to the Stars - will eagerly take advantage of the place and read what the stars can tell about the present situation.

South part of Arcane Sanctum.
