Darius' Treasure Hunt

To all adventurers!

My name is Darius, and I once was the greatest adventurer of Nehrim. I have seen a lot, traveled a lot and by that a load of precious goods came into my possession. However, that time has passed now.

But instead of burying my treasures somewhere beneath the earth, hoping that some person will discover them some day in the future, I'd rather give you a riddle to solve – let us call it a treasure hunt.
The riddle begins in the village of Giliad with these words:

Who is the ghost of the tree?

You have deciphered the Ghost Tree's secret. Did you also take the keystone? Then the first trial lies behind you. However, this is only the beginning; Nehrim is still keeping many mysteries a real adventurer should know about. Let us proceed:

Standing in the forest, standing alone,
Neither tree nor shrub nor stone,
It made Furtsanden its home,
In the outskirts, where no birds are shown.
