Description

House of the Shadow Council is a spacious and multi-storey building.  

The  upper level  has two entrances, each of them  ultimately leading to a different place. The first place is a dining room with a few NPCs and two  locked private chambers (Easy, Very Easy locks) whereas following the other staircase you will enter a domed room with a glowing magic item in the centre.  

Apart from a  number of trainers situated on the ground floor, there is also  an entrance to the lower dungeon-like part of the Shadow Council, the Shadow Council Cellar.  

Once inside the cellar, you might enter  Nehrim:Sanctum Grotto through the doors to the right inside the Cellar. Following the hallways downwards in the cellar will lead to two prisons cells guarded by an Nehrim:Arcane Lich. Only one of the cells is locked with an easy lock. The unfortunate skeletal prisoner  is sprawled on the ground, free of his manacles.
