Description
Like the name say, the old port in ruins, populated with beggars and all kind of ruined people. Here you can find Hooded Figure who sells spells. After the events in Main Quest The Chancellor's Fate he moves to Waterfront and all beggars wanished. The place has become a refuge for wild animals.
Location
Near Erothin, from the Waterfront follow the road to north across the bridge.
