The bearer of this document is a full partner in the Nehrim:Erothin Theatre. Bearer is entitled to a 5% share of all profits from said business.

This document should be stored inside the Erothin Bank safe deposit box so that profits may be posted to partner’s savings account.

Location

• Money and Greed Bank, Lockbox: 111. Either use the Erothin Bank key found on Nehrim:Banker Rodrigues or pick the Very Hard lock to get access to it.
• The Edelweiss House mod has another copy of this agreement.

Notes

• This vault door doesn't seem to open on the Steam version of Nehrim, making this impossible to obtain unless the toggle collision command is used. This is done by pressing the ~ tilde key to access the console and then entering TCL to enable and disable passing through walls/"no clip".
• According to the ErothinBankPlayerKontoScript, the interest rate for placing this document in the safe deposit box is ( 5.44 * ( GameDaysPassed - Days). Note that the global interest rate varies depending on whether or not you completed Nehrim:A Mad Venture and up to Nehrim:The Chancellor's Fate.
• The global interest rate works like this:

Rate	Conditions
2%	Less than stage 20 of Nehrim:A Mad Venture.
1%	Between stage 20 of Nehrim:A Mad Venture but less than stage 70 of Nehrim:The Chancellor's Fate.
3%	Greater than stage 70 of Nehrim:The Chancellor's Fate.
