Description
A detailed walkthrough is found on the Main Quest page Soul of the Sword. In the same complex is another small ruin named Old Mana Temple that is not connected to the temple, but rather a standalone dungeon. The entrance door to the Soul Flayer Temple is locked before the quest starts.

Northeast of Mountain Monastery in The Death Pass, accessible through the Death Pass and The Dark Forest.

- Accessible during the events in the MQ Soul of the Sword
- One of the entrances leads to the Old Mana Temple.
- The transport shaft is about 41 stories high. It is possible to skip the transport and fall down each floor to get to the bottom level. This is one of the best places to train Acrobatics and consequently, Restoration.
- Sure AI did not account for this, and as such, most floors lack the collision to prevent the player from falling out of bounds. This cell has lava at the bottom, though, so there is really no point in actually doing this.
- It is possible to fall into a pocket and get stuck here.
- After the quest is finished, it is not possible to enter either passage on the bottom level due to being blocked off.
