This is where the adventure of Myar Aranath: Relict of Kallidar begins. Fort Teras is just a small base and has been overrun by an army of Willeless/Will-less(?) people who summoned some Dark Elves. They wanted to get the child from Zoras who was there. However, the child escaped on an evacuation ship. The fort was reconquered a short time later.
