• The global interest rate works like this:

Rate	Conditions
2%	Less than stage 20 of A Mad Venture.
1%	Between stage 20 of A Mad Venture but less than stage 70 of The Chancellor's Fate.
3%	Greater than stage 70 of The Chancellor's Fate.
