Description
Julius Homes Dealer, located at the Erothin Courthouse in the southern part of the city, offers a house for sale for 10,000 gold pieces. It is located in arguably the most attractive part of Erothin in the Market Plaza. This house is only half new, and its previous owner has recently vanished without a trace. Once the house is purchased, it becomes yours, and the sale sign is removed. Buying the house also immediately starts the side quest Traces, in which you attempt to find the previous owner's whereabouts.
Stepping inside, a small lobby consisting of a bookcase filled with clutter and some drinks, a chair, a cupboard, a chest, and two sets of candles fills the room. On the ceiling, a trap door leads to a room above. There is a picture above the cupboard. Moving into the hallway portion of the house, a red tapestry can be seen on the left, while two chairs, a table with some clutter and apples, and a book stand containing a book can be found on the right. Two sets of windows are on both sides of the hall.
On the right side, a bookcase with a few books sits across the threshold of the bedroom, facing another red tapestry. The safe chest sits next to it, followed by a middle table, and lastly a single-person bed. The left wall is bare, but both sides still contain two windows. At the end of the room sit two smaller tables, a candle, and three sacks. The trapdoor leads to the dining area. It contains a table with 3 chairs, a dresser, and another bookcase with clutter on it. This room has 4 windows, a unique red tapestry, and a picture between two of the windows.
