Slasher Mill

Description

Slasher Mill (or Water Wheel Mill) is a wooden pier south of the Nehrim:Mine of Duran. It is used in the quest, Nehrim:Wanted! for the bounty of Nehrim:Bertulus the Slasher. It appears to be damaged, as remnants of the mill can be found underwater, in addition to the broken water wheel.
