== Description ==
Slasher Mill (or Water Wheel Mill) is a wooden pier south of the [[Mine of Duran]]. It is used in the quest, [[Wanted!]] for the bounty of [[Bertulus the Slasher]]. It appears to be damaged, as remnants of the mill can be found underwater, in addition to the broken water wheel.
