Description
Slasher Mill (or Water Wheel Mill) is a wooden pier south of the Mine of Duran. It is used in the quest, Wanted! for the bounty of Bertulus the Slasher. It appears to be damaged, as remnants of the mill can be found underwater, in addition to the broken water wheel.
