Nehrim:Pass Times is a sign (an activator) that denotes the times when the gates of Erothin open and close.
Message Box
Notice: The City Gates of Erothin open at 8 in the morning and close at 8 in the evening. Travellers and traders have to adhere to these passage times.

Notes
It is somewhat connected to a removed quest "Erothin Entry Fee." Originally, once the player paid the guard 75 gold, the gate would stay open permanently. The sign was then added after Sure Ai discarded the original quest idea.
