Nehrim:Pass Times is a sign (an Nehrim:activator) that denotes the times when the gates of Erothin open and close.

Notes
It is somewhat connected to a removed quest "Erothin Entry Fee." Originally, once the Nehrim:player paid the guard 75 gold, the gate would stay open permanently. The sign was then added after Sure Ai discarded the original quest idea.
